The Rick Hansen Institute is, the former SCI Solutions Network. The name was changed effective 1 January 2010, to acknowledge Rick Hansen’s dedication to the SCI cause. The organization is a Canada-wide collaboration of people with spinal cord injuries (SCI), researchers and service providers, along with their respective organizations, all committed to addressing priority needs and generating solutions for Canadians with SCI.
